About Dr. Lauren Anderson
Lauren Anderson, Ph.D., is an educator, researcher, and strategist with 15+ years of experience across PK–12 and higher education. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies, an M.S. in Management & Leadership, and an M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction.
She founded Grow with Dr. Lauren to help institutions create actionable pathways that support Black women and other underrepresented professionals, ensuring organizations can develop, retain, and elevate talent effectively.
